CCOA Legislative Committee- Partners Input Meeting

DARS will be hosting a in-person public meeting of the Commonwealth Council on Aging on Thursday, May 21, 2026 from 10am-1pm at DARS Central, 5620 Cox Road, Glen Allen, VA 23060 in the Blue Ridge Conference Room Side B.

The in-person meeting will also be live streamed via Zoom. To access the virtual live stream, you may register at this link.

As meeting materials are developed (e.g., agenda, previous meeting minutes, handouts), they will be added here for public access. The Agenda for the meeting may also be accessed here.

Members of the public wishing to make a comment during the meeting have three options:

1. In-Person Public Comment: If a member of the public would like to make public comment in-person during the meeting, they may sign up to do so at the meeting.
2. Virtual Public Comment: If a member of the public chooses to make public comment during the meeting via the virtual webinar, please contact Sara Stowe at sara.stowe@dars.virginia.gov or 804-910-5803.
3. Written Public Comment: If a member of the public would like to make public comment via email or mail, it must be submitted to Sara Stowe at sara.stowe@dars.virginia.gov or 804-910-5803 by May 14, 2026. Written public comments will be read (or if lengthy, summarized) during the meeting.

Depending on the number of public comments received as well as meeting agenda and timing, public comments may be time limited.
